ปัจจุบัน พระอาจารย์สุริยันต์ โฆสปัญโญ วัดป่าวังน้ำเย็น รักษาการเป็น ผู้ช่วยเจ้าอาวาสวัดมหาชัย พระอารามหลวง และประธานสงฆ์วัดพุทธวนาราม (วัดป่าวังน้ำเย็น) สิริอายุได้ ๔๔ ปี พรรษา ๒๔ (พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๕)

ด้านหน้าเหรียญเป็นรูปเหมือนพระอาจารย์สุริยันต์ ด้านหลัง เหรียญเป็น “ยันต์มหาปรารถนา” ซึ่งเรียกได้ว่าเป็นยันต์เอกของท่านที่มีพุทธคุณครอบจักรวาล สามารถอธิษฐานขอได้รอบด้าน โบราณเชื่อว่ายันต์นี้ช่วยขจัดทุกข์ภัย ปัดเป่าโรคภัยไข้เจ็บ ระงับเหตุร้าย ระงับความ ป้องกันภูติผีปีศาจ คุณไสยมนต์ดำ ป้องกันภัยอันตรายรอบด้าน และยังเป็นเมตตามหานิยม เสริมโชคลาภในทางทำมาหากิน เมื่ออุปสรรคต่างๆ คลี่คลายบางเบาลง ย่อมสำเร็จสมหวังในเรื่องต่างๆได้ดั่งใจ

Objective: To procure medical equipment for hospitals in remote areas and provide educational scholarships to underprivileged children with excellent academic performance in high-altitude mountain communities.

Materials: Created from various sacred materials and inscribed with Yantras on metal sheets which serve as one of the most important elements in the creation of these amulets. These amulets have been consecrated and empowered by renowned monks of this era. Phra Arjarn Suriyan Khosapanyo kindly conducted a special blessing ceremony on November 4, 5, and 6, 2024.

Phra Khru Phawana Chayanusit (Phra Arjarn Suriyan Khosapanyo) is a revered monk of Wat Pa Wang Nam Yen and one of the most prominent teachers in the Isaan region of Thailand. He is a distinguished disciple of the legendary Luang Pu Khamphan Khosapanyo of Wat Phra That Maha Chai, a renowned monk of Nakhon Phanom Province and the Isaan region. Luang Pu Khamphan entrusted him with the complete teachings of sacred mantras and practices, including the Heart of 108 Mantras, techniques for harmonizing elemental forces, Earth Element Mantras, and specialized meditation methods. In addition, Phra Arjarn Suriyan furthered his studies under other renowned masters, such as Luang Pu Phrom of Wat Khuean Ubolrat, Khon Kaen Province, and Luang Pu Singh Khamphiro of Wat Si Suk, Maha Sarakham Province. Currently, Phra Arjarn Suriyan serves as the acting Assistant Abbot of Wat Maha Chai (Royal Monastery) and the Abbot of Wat Phuttha Wanaram (Wat Pa Wang Nam Yen). As of 2022, he is 44 years old and has been ordained for 24 years.

The front side features the image of Phra Arjarn Suriyan, while the back features the "Wish Fulfillment Yantra.” This yantra is regarded as the master's signature Yantra and is believed to possess universal powers. According to ancient beliefs, it grants all-encompassing protection, alleviating suffering, dispelling illnesses, preventing misfortune, warding off evil spirits, black magic, and all forms of danger. Additionally, it bestows charm and popularity while enhancing fortune in livelihood. As obstacles are alleviated, one can achieve their desires and find success with ease.
