Mae Pher is a charm or talisman of love and attraction originating from Cambodia. It later became popular in Thailand, where both lay masters and monks began to create it as a charm for attraction, kindness, popularity, and good fortune, depending on which aspect each master emphasized. For this particular Mae Pher set, there are two types: Mae Pher Takrud (metal scroll charm) and Mae Pher. (oil encased) The Takrud is inscribed with beautiful Mae Pher Yantra symbols and sacred scripts all over. It is filled with sacred materials that enhance charm, loving-kindness, and luck. The Mae Pher encased in oil is also fully inscribed with sacred scripts and beautifully crafted.

The oil-encased version includes embedded sacred objects to enhance its spiritual power. The back features symbolic items such as a pair of Inn-Kuu (figures symbolizing love and harmony), a money-attracting spider, Chinese coins, Golden-Faced Phra Lak Takrud (for attractiveness), Ripped Breast Takrud (for irresistible charm), and 108-blessed herbal oil. It is especially potent for attraction, loving-kindness, popularity, and fortune. The sacred materials include Phaya Taykrua Herb, Khun Paen Herb, male and female Golden Flower Herbs, Saneh Chan Herb, Nang Kwak Herb and Buddha powder for kindness and luck.
