“น้ำหมึก” ที่ครูบาฐากูรท่านได้นำมาจารบนพญาเขาคำ และหรือวัตถุมงคลต่างๆของท่านย่อมไม่ธรรมดาและมีความพิเศษซ่อนเร้นอยู่ กล่าวคือปากกาที่ท่านใช้ในการจารเลขยันต์อักขระ จะเป็นปากกาชนิดเติมน้ำหมึกได้ ท่านจึงนำเอาน้ำหมึกสักยันต์ที่ท่านได้สืบทอดมาจากครูบาอาจารย์ ที่มีอายุเก่าแก่เท่าที่สืบค้นได้ไม่ต่ำกว่า 70 ปี มาหมักดองด้วย "ดีสัตว์" ที่มีสิทธิคุณหลายชนิด ผนวกกับแร่ธาตุนานาชนิด ว่านนานาสายพันธุ์ และยาสักเก่าต่างๆที่ท่านใช้สักให้ลูกศิษย์มาไม่ต่ำกว่า 20 ปี มาผนวกเข้ากัน แล้วบรรจุใส่ในปากกาไว้เขียนจารยันต์ต่างๆ ดังนั้นน้ำหมึกชนิดนี้จึงมีความพิเศษและความเข้มขลังในตัวอย่างที่หมึกทั่วไปเทียบไม่ได้อย่างแน่นอน
