"Double Mon Raman Masters" also known as "Enhancing Destiny Amulet" is an Buddhist amulet made from a mixture of sacred powders that Luang Por Chamnarn personally oversaw throughout every step of its creation with great care. The holy powders used for this amulet were meticulously selected, including numerous ancient Buddhist amulets that has been preserved in a temple or shrine from various regions. Additionally, it contains the five sacred powders: Pathamang, Maharach, Trinisinghe, Itthije, and Phutthakhun, which Luang Por Chamnarn wrote and erased on chalkboard himself. There are also several other special materials included. Luang Por Chamnan created this particular batch of amulets to express his deep gratitude and honor his teacher, "Luang Pu Surin Rewato (Phra Khru Pathum Thamnusit)", the former abbot of Wat Bangkuthithong, who was Luang Por's mentor. Therefore, this set features images of both Luang Por Chamnarn "the disciple" and Luang Pu Surin "the teacher" together in one amulet. This amulet is considered an old-style Buddha Powder amulet, created by Luang Por Chamnarn in B.E.2557. His disciples who possess this particular amulet all agree unanimously that it is "Extremely Effective". The potency of this amulet focuses on promoting success in one's career, enhancing fortune and stability, ensuring continuous growth without decline, and fostering love and respect from others. It also protects the worshippers from all misfortunes and disasters. The artistic design of this amulet by Luang Por Chamnan possesses a unique quality that is rare in other versions, as it features representations of two revered teachers from the authentic Mon Raman magic. Luang Por Chamnan is depicted seated in the front, while Luang Pu Surin is shown seated behind him. This arrangement evokes the proverb: "Even if one reaches great heights, do not underestimate the teacher, for without the guidance of a mentor, a student’s success is fleeting. Do not be arrogant or negligent towards your teachers". Those who possess this amulet and pay their respects will undoubtedly have the protection and blessings of their teachers in all circumstances, both seen and unseen. On both the left and right sides, there are images of 4 lotus flowers each, totaling 8 lotus flowers. Luang Por Chamnan has hidden a profound teaching for reflection and remembrance of the teachings of the Buddha regarding the "Eight Worldly Dhammas", refers to the eight dualities or conditions that are part of human experience in the world. They are often cited in Buddhist teachings to illustrate the transient nature of life and the importance of maintaining equanimity. The eight worldly dhammas are: "Gain" Prosperity or success, "Loss" Loss or failure, "Fame" Recognition or honor, "Disgrace" Disrepute or shame, "Praise" Compliments or admiration, "Blame" Criticism or censure, "Happiness" Joy or pleasure, "Suffering" Pain or distress. These concepts highlight the impermanence of worldly conditions and encourage practitioners to cultivate a balanced mind amidst life's fluctuations. Additionally, the 8 lotus flowers also refer to the "Noble Eightfold Path" is a fundamental teaching in Buddhism that outlines the path to enlightenment and the cessation of suffering. It consists of eight interrelated practices: "Right View" Understanding the nature of reality and the Four Noble Truths, "Right Intention" Cultivating intentions of goodwill, compassion, and renunciation, "Right Speech" Speaking truthfully, kindly, and avoiding harmful speech, "Right Action" Engaging in ethical conduct, avoiding harm to others, "Right Livelihood" Earning a living in a way that does not harm others or violate ethical principles, "Right Effort" Making effort to cultivate wholesome states of mind and abandon unwholesome ones, "Right Mindfulness" Developing awareness of body, feelings, mind, and phenomena, "Right Concentration" Practicing meditation to achieve deep states of mental focus and tranquility.
