ลูกอมเหนือดวงรุ่นนี้นำเข้าปลุกเสกร่วมกับพระกริ่งรุ่นแรก "เพชรกลับเหนือดวง" และพญาครุฑรุ่นแรก "กำราบศัตรูพ่าย" โดยนำเข้าปลุกเสกเดี่ยวในกุฏิของหลวงปู่ดี จกฺกวโร วันที่ 4 มีนาคม พ.ศ. 2559 และนำออกมาจากกุฏิเพื่อนำเข้าพุทธาภิเษกเดี่ยวปิดท้าย ในวันเสาร์ ขึ้น 5 ค่ำ เดือน 4 ปีวอก พ.ศ. 2559 และกำหนดการพุทธาภิเษก ปิดท้ายในวันเสาร์ขึ้น 5 ค่ำ ในความเชื่อโบราณ วัตถุมงคลใดที่ได้ปลุกเสกในวันเสาร์ขึ้น 5 ค่ำนี้จะทำให้มีฤทธานุภาพมากมายเหลือคณานับ พุทธคุณเป็นเท่าคูณทวีกว่าวันปกติยิ่งนัก

หลวงปู่ดี จกฺกวโร ดับเทียนชัยใน "ราชาฤกษ์" หมายถึงผู้ยิ่งใหญ่ ผู้มีอำนาจวาสนา เหมาะสำหรับการเป็นผู้นำ ชักจูงให้ผู้อื่นดำเนินตาม การเข้ารับตำแหน่งงาน เจริญก้าวหน้าในหน้าที่การงาน ชื่อเสียงเกียรติยศ การเข้าหาผู้หลักผู้ใหญ่ หนุนดวงเสริมดวง

This Transcendent Destiny Ball was consecrated alongside the first batch of Phra Kring "Diamond Reversal Above Fate” and the first batch of Garuda “Overpowering Enemies”. A solo consecration was performed in the pavilion of Luang Pu Dee Jakkawaro on March 4, 2016 (B.E. 2559), before being included in the final grand consecration on Saturday, the 5th waxing moon of the 4th month, Year of the Monkey, B.E. 2559. According to ancient beliefs, amulets blessed on a Saturday with the 5th waxing moon are imbued with immense spiritual potency, multiplying their sacred virtues far beyond normal days.

The ceremony commenced with Buddhist monks chanting sacred verses under the "Auspicious Time of the Goddess". This initial auspicious time is particularly favorable for loving-kindness, popularity, charm, good fortune, gaining favor from respected figures and elders, earning honor and recognition, and ensuring success in negotiations and discussions.

Luang Pu Dee Jakkawaro paid homage to the Buddha, anointed sacred objects, and lit the victory candle, marking the beginning of the consecration ceremony under the "Auspicious Time of the Executioner". The monks then chanted Chai Mongkhon Katha and recited the Itipiso mantra 108 times. The Auspicious Time of the Executioner is highly significant, as it is ideal for overcoming dangers and obstacles, facing risks and adversities, subduing enemies, resolving legal disputes, performing esoteric rituals, consecrating sacred objects and talismans, inscribing yantras, and creating amulets imbued with invulnerability, supreme power, and mystical dominance. It is particularly potent for military expeditions, protection against harm, banishing inauspicious forces, and blessing weapons. This is the most powerful auspicious time.

On a Saturday during the waxing moon on the 5th night, Luang Pu Dee Jakkawaro extinguished the victory candle under the "Auspicious Time of the King", a period associated with great rulers, authority, and destiny. This auspicious time is ideal for leadership, commanding influence over others, assuming high-ranking positions, career advancement, earning honor and reputation, and gaining the favor of influential figures while also serving as an auspicious boost to one’s destiny and fortune.
