📿📜#เปิดตำนานพระสีสะแลงแงง

”ท้าวสีแสะแลงแงง” ตามตำราที่ได้สอบถาม อาจารย์องอาจกล่าวไว้ว่าเป็น "มหาภูติทั้ง 3 โลก" ครั้นที่เป็นบริวารรับใช้ของพระอิศวรมหาเทพแห่งไกรลาสมหาคีรี ได้รับพรให้มีฤทธิ์มีเดชเป็นที่กล่าวขานกันทั่วเทวโลก มีฤทธิ์เหนือภูติทั้งปวงสยบมารร้ายทั่วทุกสิบทิศ ไม่มีใครสามารถฆ่าให้ตายได้ ครั้นหนึ่งตามตำราได้กล่าวไว้ว่าท้าวสีสะแลงแงง ได้ดื่มน้ำเมรยะจนเมาขาดสติ ได้อาละวาดบนสวรรค์ที่แม้แต่เทพเทวดาเก่งๆ ก็ยังกำราบไม่ได้ ไล่ฆ่าเทวดามากมายนับไม่ถ้วน

ต่อมาเรื่องถึงหูพระอิศวรจึง ให้พระวิษณุหรือพระนารายณ์ไปปราบ ไม่ว่าพระนารายณ์จะใช้อาวุธที่มีอยู่เหนือกว่าเทพเทวดาทั้งปวง ต่อสู้กับท้าวสีสะแลงแงง ยังไงก็ไม่สามารถจะฆ่าหรือทำลายยังไงก็ได้ฟื้นคืนชีพ จนเวลาผ่านไปจาก 1 วัน สู่ 2 วัน จนครบเวลา 7 วันบนสวรรค์ พระอิศวรได้ทราบข่าวจากเทวดาและยักษ์ที่ดูการสู้รบกันระหว่างพระนารายณ์กับท้าวสีสะแลงแงง ไม่ว่าจะใช้อาวุธใดๆก็ไม่สามารถฆ่าหรือปราบให้ท้าวสีสะแลงแงงมีฤทธิ์น้อยลงได้

พระอิศวรท่านเล็งเห็นว่าปล่อยไว้แบบนี้นานไปจะไม่ดีแก่บนสวรรค์อย่างแน่นอน จึงได้เสด็จไปยังสถานที่ๆพระนารายณ์และท้าวสีสะแลงแงงได้ทำการสู้รบกัน พอท้าวสีสะแลงแงงได้เห็นพระอิศวรมหาเทพแห่งไกรลาสมหาคีรีอันเป็นนายที่เคารพของท้าวสีสะแลงแงง ได้นั่งลงกับพื้นและก้มกราบต่อหน้าพระอิศวร และยอมแพ้ต่อพระนารายณ์โดยดีและพร้อมรับบทลงโทษจากพระอิศวร

พระอิศวรจึงมีคำสั่งมอบหน้าที่ให้ท้าวสีสะแลงแงง ไปช่วยงานพญายมบาลเพื่อชดใช้ความผิดที่ได้สร้างความเดือดร้อนจากการอาละวาดบนสวรรค์ หลังจากนั้นท้าวสีสะแลงแงงได้รับความไว้ใจเป็นทหารเอกของพญายม มีหน้าที่คอยดูแลภูติผีทั้งปวง 3 โลก และคอยปราบสยบมารร้าย แต่ท้าวสีสะแลงแงง มีนิสัยชอบแอบมายังโลกมนุษย์เพื่อดื่มน้ำเมระยะอยู่สม่ำเสมอ และเป็นที่เกรงกลัวต่อเหล่าภูติผีทั้งปวง เมื่อพบเห็นต่างพากันไปหลบซ้อนเพราะเกรงกลัวต่ออำนาจและบารมีของท้าวสีสะแลงแงง ไม่ว่าท้าวสีสะแลงแงงจะเดินทางไปแห่งหนตำบลใด ย่อมเป็นที่เกรงกลัวต่อเหล่าเทวดา ภูติผีปีศาจ ไม่ว่าจะมีฤทธิ์มีเดชเพียงไหน พอเจอท้าวสีสะแลงแงงฤทธิ์เดชนั้นย่อมลดลงทันตาเห็น

ตามตำราแล้วท้าวสีสะแลงแงง มีบริวารอยู่บนโลกมนุษย์ที่คอยทำหน้าที่และส่งข่าวเกี่ยวกับภูติผีที่กระทำตัวไม่ดีแก่ท้าวสีสะแลงแงง คือ "พญางั่ง" หรือ งั่ง นั่นเอง พระธุดงค์จึงนิยมพกงั่งมาแต่อดีตโบราณเพราะภูติผีจะเกรงกลัวงั่งมากงั่งสามารถสื่อจิตไปหาท้าวสีสะแลงแงงอันเป็นนายของตนเองได้ทันที เพราะพระธุดงค์ไปตามป่าเขาต้องพบเจอกับสิ่งของที่มองทั้งเห็นและไม่เห็น พระธุดงค์จริงนิยมพกงั่งไว้เพื่อปกป้องตนเอง และตามตำราทางเหนือ หรือทางฝั่งอีสานเองจะใช้คาถาปลุกงั่งส่วนมากจะมีคำว่าสีสะแลงแงงด้วยเสมอ เพื่อบูชาท้าวสีสะแลงแงงอันเป็นนายโดยตรงของงั่ง

📿📜The Legend Of Phra Si Salaeng Ngaeng.

Arjarn Ongart said that according to the scripture, "Phra Si Salaeng Ngaeng" is "The Great Spirit Of The Three Worlds". When Phra Si Salaeng Ngaeng was a servant of Lord Shiva, the god of Mount Kailash, he was blessed to have mighty power throughout the heaven world, to have power over all spirits, to be superior than evil in every direction, to be immortal no one can kill. According to the legend, it is said that once upon a time, Phra Si Salaeng Ngaeng drank alcoholic beverages until he lost consciousness and rampaged through the heavens by chasing and killing countless deities. Even the gods and angels still couldn't vanquish him.

Later, Lord Shiva heard about what happened in the heaven so, Lord Shiva told lord Vishnu to defeat Phra Si Salaeng Ngaeng. Lord Vishnu used weapons that are superior to all gods and angels to fight against Phra Si Salaeng Ngaeng but, Phra Si Salaeng Ngaeng cannot be killed or destroyed because Phra Si Salaeng Ngaeng could be resurrected. Until 7 days in heaven have passed, no matter Lord Vishnu used any weapon, it could not kill or subdue Phra Si Salaeng Ngaeng.

Lord Shiva foresaw that if he left the situation like this for a long time, it would certainly not be good for the heavens. Therefore, Lord Shiva went to the place where lord Vishnu and Phra Si Salaeng Ngaeng were fighting. When Phra Si Salaeng Ngaeng saw lord Shiva, who was the revered master of him. Phra Si Salaeng Ngaeng sat down on the ground and bowed in front of Lord Shiva and surrendered well to lord Vishnu and was ready to receive punishment from Lord Shiva.

Then, Lord Shiva ordered the important duty to Phra Si Salaeng Ngaeng to help lord Yama, the deity of death, to atone for the guilt that Phra Si Salaeng Ngaeng made in the heaven. After that, Phra Si Salaeng Ngaeng was entrusted as the field marshal of lord Yama to take care of all the ghosts and demons of the 3 worlds and defeat the bad devils. Interestingly, Phra Si Salaeng Ngaeng has the habit of secretly coming to the human world to drink alcoholic beverage regularly so, every time he visits the human world, all ghosts and spirits will shy away from the power and prestige of Phra Si Salaeng Ngaeng. Wherever Phra Si Salaeng Ngaeng goes, he will be the big boss of angels, spirits, demons, no matter how powerful they are. When they meet Phra Si Salaeng Ngaeng, their powers will immediately diminish.

According to the scripture, Phra Si Salaeng Ngaeng has an attendant in the human world who serves and sends news about ghosts who behave badly to him, namely "Phaya Ngang" or Ngang. Therefore, since ancient times, Dhutanga monks like to carry Ngang because ghosts and evils are very afraid of Ngang. Ngang is able to instantly communicate his mind to Phra Si Salaeng Ngaeng, who is his own master. Because when Dhutanga monks hike through the forest, they must encounter things that can be seen and not seen. Dhutanga monks like to carry Ngang to protect themselves. Interestingly, according to the magic scriptures of the northern and northeastern side of Thailand, they will use spells to awaken Ngang. Most of those spells will always have the word Salaeng Ngaeng to worship Phra Si Salaeng Ngaeng, the direct master of Ngang.
